Ingredients
- 1 Courgette/Zucchini
- Some Asparagus
- 1tbsp Parmesan Cheese (Opitional)
Method
1. Shred the zucchini w/ a vegetable peeler
2. Steam the asparagus. And the zucchini if you want
3. Place in Bowl and add cheese if you want
Without cheese 27kcal with cheese 49kcal
